Diamond Hill Guided Walks

Join small group walks along the Diamond Hill beginner trail in Connemara National Park. We pace each walk to suit the group, typically covering the 5km loop in around 2-3 hours with regular breaks. You'll experience panoramic views across the Twelve Bens and learn about the landscape with a knowledgeable local guide.

Connemara Nature Exploration

Themed outdoor sessions that dive deeper into the park's natural heritage. We explore native plants, watch for local wildlife, and discover the geological stories written into the landscape. Each session focuses on what's thriving in the season—spring wildflowers, summer bird activity, or autumn fungi.

Outdoor Fitness and Wellbeing

Gentle movement sessions held in the park that combine easy walking with mindfulness and breathing techniques. We focus on building confidence and stamina in a relaxed way, with plenty of time to stop, chat, and simply enjoy being outdoors. Sessions run twice weekly, 90 minutes each.
